QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Graduate of Engineering Course preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Communications or Chemical
- Professional Regulation Commission Licensed is an advantage
- Minimum seven (7) years’ combined experience as (CRO, Plant / Assistant Operator) in the Power Generation or related Industry.
KNOWLEDGE OF
- Advanced knowledge of power generation technology is required.
- Basic project management.
- Grid System Operation, Market Operation and Grid Code of the Philippines implementing rules and protocols
- Steam generator, steam turbine and main generator operation and all other related plant systems (Hydrogen gas generator plant, electro-chlorination plant, reverse osmosis water treatment plant, industrial wastewater treatment plant, baghouse and ash conveying plant, Flue Gas Desulphurization (FGD) and other balance of plant equipment)
- Emerson logic control for DCS/HMI
- Safe start-up and shut down operations
- Operation, switching, isolation and de-isolation of generator, 69KV switchyard, 230KV GIS switchyard and LV/HV transformer
- Permit to work (PTW) system/procedure; preparation, issuance and cancellation of safety document
- Incident Investigation, identify deficiencies, and implement corrective action to prevent re-occurrence of an incident with reference to the use of Root
