QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Graduate of Engineering Course is required
- Preferably Licensed Engineer
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in the Power Generation Industry in a technical (Engineering) position.
KNOWLEDGE OF
- Power generation technology and specifically Engineering processes is required.
- Familiar in Performance Test Procedures (such as ASME PTC 46)
- Knowledgeable and understands Plant Performance Metrics, Major Equipment Performance Parameters and other related key metrics.
- Basic project management
- Root Cause Analysis
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Good command of the English language (writing and speaking) is required
- Excellent command in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- Time Management Skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and motivational skills with a flexible, enthusiastic, and committed attitude to work.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
