QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering Course
• Preferably licensed engineer
• Minimum of 5 years in construction management/operation and maintenance/outage experience as contractor or client QCI
• National / International Welding Inspector Certificate or equivalent is an advantage

KNOWLEDGE OF:

• Welding process, mechanical and structural disciplines
• Standards, specifications and codes i.e. ASME, EN, ISO 9001, ASME IX, ASME II Part A and C, ASME B31.3, ASME 1, ASME D1.1
• Non-Destructive Testing Discipline
• Quality Tools and Techniques

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• Good command of the English language (writing and speaking)
• Team player and willing to share knowledge.
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent command in MS Office including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
