QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Preferably, a graduate of a 5-year Engineering Course (Electrical, Mechanical, and Chemical)
- A licensed engineer is an advantage
- A postgraduate degree related to SHE or Engineering Management is an advantage
- With Lead Auditing Certification in at least one of the ISO Standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001); having a lead ISO 9001 certification is an advantage
- Accredited Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Practitioner by DOLE-OSHC for the power industry is required; being an OSH Consultant is an advantage
- Accreditation as a Pollution Control Officer in a similar industry is an advantage
- With Training of Trainers (TOT) certification
- Minimum of five (5) years of solid experience in a power plant supervisory position
- With experience in implementing HIRAC, HAZOP, and EIACA
KNOWLEDGE OF
- Advanced knowledge of the Integrated Management System, including the International Organization for Standardization for Environment (ISO 14001), Quality Management (ISO 9001), Risk Management (ISO 31001), and Occupational Healthand Safety Management (ISO 45001)
- Applicable SHE-related local and international laws, regulations, and standards relevant to the continuity of plant operations
- Total Quality Management (TQM), Continual Improvement, Risk Management,
- Business Continuity Management (BCM), and Problem/Causal Analysis Tools
